Does your business find?

It needs to invest now, but hasn't got the funds available.

It must keep up with changes in technology enabling it to respond to market or competitive pressures.

Money is being channelled from one part of the business to another, making financial planning a challenge.

Complete and submit an

Outline Proposal and an

adviser will contact you.

Invest in a specific piece of equipment now.

Cover annual expenditure to invest and grow as it needs.

Ensure funds are always available to ensure increased investment agility.

Release money back into the company from assets you have already invested in.

Finance can typically be used to purchase equipment such as: commercial vehicles, fork lift trucks, manufacturing and construction plant and machinery, production and ancillary equipment, IT and technology equipment etc.

VFS have access to a wide panel of lending institutions, including banks, finance houses, merchant banks and prime lenders. We can offer a full range of flexible and structured funding solutions, generally matching risk to rate.

Types of equipment finance agreements:

 Hire Purchase
 Finance Lease
 Operating lease (Hire Purchase)

Operating Lease (Hire) is essentially long term rent, not a capital expense transaction; a method of hiring assets over periods less than the expected lifetime of those assets.

Such a lease need not be shown on the balance sheet of the lessee. Usually the lessor has taken a significant residual position in the lease pricing and, therefore, must salvage the equipment for a certain value at the end of the lease term in order to earn its rate of return.

Equipment finance is a great way to help grow your business without a significant day one investment. It can also bring many tax advantages. If you would like an Outline Proposal on finance for equipment you wish to buy, fill out an Equipment Finance Quote, or to find out more Contact Us today.
